Hi there, I am Anna, the owner of the gym and this is my personal website we will use for the next little bit until our new fabulous website is up and running.  After 5 years, the website needed a facelift, I think it looks awesome.  The prices are not on it yet neither is the schedule or the operations.  Scroll down for prices and schedule and FAQ.

Please note we are a private studio and your first visit is by appointment only.  We do not have gym members and a front desk worker...every member has a coach and gets 24/7 access.  Prices and class schedule are in the next post. Our public events are in the right sidebar.
