As President of Elevate Your Life from 2016, I switched into a consulting role providing mentoring to those seeking to build a business in the fitness industry. I have effectively taught thousands of people on sales and leadership, generating millions in sales in the fitness and wellness space, as well as multiple award winning and recognized top producers in nationwide companies. Today, I am focused on writing and sharing what I have learned along the way. OUR PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULE

We are a Transformation Studio, NOT A GYM.  Everyone in our gym has a coach and is part of an accountability team.  In 10 years our systems have helped over 1,000 people lose between 10 and 100 pounds in their time with us, and reach goals that changed their lives, and their families' lives forever.

We limit the clients allowed in our semi-private training sessions and all our members enjoy a 1-hour nutrition session each month, even with the most basic package.  Also included in the basic package is 2 sessions with a coach using our specialized  metabolism REVVING workout system and 24-7 facility access.  All for 1/6 of the cost  of traditional personal training.

XTEAM is 5-on-1 semi-private personal training program meant to produce serious results.

FITCAMP IS 10-on-1 group training using our specialized restraining method for increasing fitness and metabolism in a group workout environment!
