In my professional and personal life, I have always sought to lead people, teams and projects with one mission: positive influence and impact. As founder of Revolution Personal Training Center, I lead an award winning private studio to impact thousands of lives using the concepts I still teach today. As President of Elevate Your Life from 2016, I switched into a consulting role providing mentoring to those seeking to build a business in the fitness industry. I have effectively taught thousands of people on sales and leadership, generating millions in sales in the fitness and wellness space, as well as multiple award winning and recognized top producers in nationwide companies. Today, I am focused on writing and sharing what I have learned along the way. Uncommon Optimism is the underlying theme of knowing that NO MATTER what life throws our way, we are always able to focus on what we can control - ourselves… Join me on the journey as I share what I've learned to help you elevate your self, your business, and your life.

Uncommon Optimism

🖐🏼 - 5 years. ⁣

Even more gratitude. ⁣
Even more focus⁣
Even more wisdom. ⁣
❤️Even at this time. ⁣

Orig. Post 2015:As a 40 year old Im sure if were to have worked with discipline and focused on my goals then like I do now - there would've been a much different result both financially and physically. Absolutely. Because while time and age were on our side in our 20s- I personally was so focused on ****what I was getting and not who I was becoming****, so there was no real curiosity in it. Im so curious now about what I might learn from the failures along thew way. If that makes any sense at all. And as I press with obsessive focus towards a few key goals, it is all about figuring out who I want to be. What kind of person do I want to be? Not what I'm actually getting - the "goal". That's almost a pawn in the game, now. ⁣

I think the greatest form of gratitude to is to not take for granted the air we breathe, the freedom we have, the country we live in, the family we have and another with day the sun shining on our face by not trying. To me, to wallow in self-pity and not try for something, anything that lights you up is just lack of gratitude. I feel ungrateful if I'm not trying. I feel like it's my job to pursue, to learn, to dream--otherwise I'm just sitting here breathing the air and wasting my time worrying about myself. To me having dreams or goals or to always be looking for the next exciting things and chasing them is just showing gratitude. Putting in the work is my homage of gratitude that I have the chance. There are people in other places who have no options, no chance. I'm grateful for every day and I plan to use it to maximize myself to help others. Otherwise, I feel like I am just sitting there consuming⁣
... Time ⁣
... Air⁣
... Gifts I've been given⁣
This is really what gets me up and motivates me every day. Not the goals themselves really. But life. Or rather, living life. ⁣

Not that this is a new idea or great by any stretch of the imagination. It just needed a landing s
